To become a Tasly Distributor, a person must:

1.Fill out and submit the Tasly Africa (Kenya) Application with the appropriate enrolment fee.
2.The application is accepted by Tasly Africa (Kenya).

While you work with the people you sponsor, watch the marketing video/CD and other training materials, and encourage them to adopt the principal of duplication by copying your successful techniques and “multiplication” (by building on your initial training to create “style” and distributor organization of their own).

Your success begins with you. By sharing the opportunity of Tasly Africa (Kenya) with those around you, you begin to build your own business.

In addition to retailing, your first and most important goal is to ensure that you have a solid base of distributors selling outstanding Tasly Africa (Kenya) products and services.

Retailing includes:

(a)Using the products and services
(b)Making the products and services available to yourself, family, friends, neighbours, and people you meet.

Demonstrating the products and services to expand your contacts and merchandising opportunities.

How will you “share” the products and services of Tasly Africa (Kenya)? That’s up to you! This is your business, and you need to be comfortable with the approaches you make. But you must make approaches ……. Which means that in the beginning, you may have to get outside your comfort zone as you develop you sponsoring and retailing skills. But remember: you are shifting paradigms; you are growing from timidity to confidence!

You can make a very substantial business through retail sales of Tasly products and services. But an additional potential for expanding your business rapidly and efficiently comes when you sponsor distributors into Tasly Africa (Kenya) Distributor organization.

NB: purchase of distributor Manual and Training Materials is optional. The training materials are sold at cost.

Continue the Process: Sponsoring

The fastest way to build an organization is to sponsor others. This doesn’t mean becoming a “sponsoring machine” that “churns out converts”…. It means finding people to work with on your first level. That’s it. Never stop first level activity. As you sponsor others and teach them to do the same retail merchandising you are doing, you build the business of your dreams. This kind of caring, responsible sponsoring is one key to success.

Who Do You Sponsor?

Question: Who will you be able to sponsor?
Answer: Anyone!

You can sponsor anyone. Just give people a chance to discover Tasly with your help, then allow them to make a decision for themselves. Don’t prejudice. Don’t eliminate a person because he doesn’t appear to be “the type”: it is impossible to recognize those who will work the business with real enthusiasm and those who will not. Remember: you never know who your “starts” are going to be. It’s exciting to know that your brightest star may be the very next person you sponsor!

What Do You Know?
Everyone you know is a potential member of your Tasly network.

And you know more people than you might think.

Use the following information to help you list the people in your life. Remember, don’t eliminate anyone. Give everyone a chance to share in Tasly opportunity. Keep in mind, too, that not all people currently in the network said “yes” to opportunity the First time around. And if you do receive “no” for an answer, do not take it as a personal rejection. Some people would rather spend their time doing something else.

Who’s Who in Your Life?

For this exercise you will need paper and a pencil or pen. Remember to list everyone who comes to mind. Do not censor yourself!

(a)List all the people in your immediate family including souse, children, brothers and sisters, and parents.

(b)List the people and in your extended family including aunts, uncles, cousin’s, nieces, nephews, and grandparents.
(c)List your in-laws
(d)List your neighbours
(e)List your close friends
(f)List your co-workers
(g)List members who belong to the same group (PTA, Literacy league, Fraternity etc. that you do.

List people with whom you have a professional relationship.

EFFECTIVE APPROACHES

Now that you have lists of names, you begin approaching people about Tasly Opportunity. Remember that simple, personal, natural approaches are the most effective. Find an approach that you feel comfortable with. Here are examples:

Simply give a copy of the Tasly opportunity CD to someone. Let tem “wonder around” in it. Then show them how they can share in the Tasly opportunity, just as you have.
Share a copy of the product or opportunity brochure with someone you meet or know. They both provide colourful, useful explanations of why you are excited and what you are excited about.
Three-way or conference calling with your sponsor is easy and effective. Once again, it gives you the opportunity to make a simple introduction of your opportunity to “someone who knows” then let the “expert” do the selling!
Sponsor an opportunity meeting at your homes ….. or invite friends to an opportunity meeting at your sponsor’s home.

You’ll think of even better ways yourself! The important thing is to get started right away sharing the products and the opportunity of Tasly Africa (Kenya)!

Remember the three methods to any successful approach: FOLLOW-UP, FOLLOW-UP, FOLLOW-UP!

MAKING THE PRESENTATION

Effective business presentations are essential to the growth and development of your new business. When someone expresses an interest in learning more about Tasly Opportunity you can opt for any of two presentations.

Group
One-on-one

Group presentations

If you prefer to invite your prospect to a group meeting, do so immediately if possible, offer your contact ride and take him / her with you. Use your best salesmanship; be punctual; be well-groomed; and be positive without being pushy. It makes much more sense to move on to a “golden” prospect when you realize the one you are working with isn’t interested.

You should anticipate that 40% to 50% of the people who say they will attend a meeting will actually show up. This is normal, so don’t be disappointed. Just plan ahead. If you want 4 couples to attend your meeting, invite 10. This ratio dramatically improves as you employ the best possible follow-up procedures.

Selecting and setting up the Room

If you are conducting the group presentation yourself, you may choose to have the meeting in your home or in an outside meeting hall such as a hotel convention hall or a community building. When selecting a room, look for these things:

A room free of distractions inside and outside
Adequate lighting
Facilities and equipment for a video presentation.
Easy access to, from, and throughout the room with the speaker at the opposite end from the entrance.

Tip: set up enough chairs for those you are sure will attend. Have more chairs in reserve for late comers and unexpected guests.

One – on – one presentation
It may be more effective for you to share the Tasly Business opportunity with someone in the relaxed, informal atmosphere of the One-on-One presentation. Remember, you are sharing two things.

1.The importance of Tasly thinking: creating health to achieve future, and
2.Involvement in Tasly compensation plan

Use and share the products, and introduce the Tasly opportunity to others. Explain the values and benefits.

After watching the video together, encourage your contact to ask questions. This will give you an idea of what his/her primary interests in Tasly opportunity. Then gear your presentation around that angle. Whatever the case may be, keep it simple. A brief, fact-filled presentation will always be more effective than a long-winded pitch, no matter how persuasive you think it is.

Handling objections in the one-on-One Presentation

If your prospect asks questions or raise objections, this is a good sign. Use this opportunity to reinforce your beliefs in the value of Tasly opportunity. When the prospect begins to ask questions, you have the opportunity to become a friend of a salesperson. Remember that objections are no more than questions that merely need to be answered or perhaps expressions of fear in disguise. Handling objections positively can result in success for both you and your contact.

For example, when your prospect says that they can sell, they really may be seeking your reassurance that they can infact succeed. Assure them that they can! And tell them that you and the entire Tasly network will be there supporting them… teaching them to distribute Tasly products and services.

Making the Presentation

Start on time! Your guests value their time and will be impressed if you value it, too.

Tip: do not allow your presentation to exceed 15 minutes. A brief concise presentation will be more persuasive than a long rambling one. Greet your guests personally. Name tags are highly recommended for everyone.

Peter Mwaura Mutiti : Teaching old blood cells new tricks
When you hear someone mention circulation you probably think of the heart and major arteries—and for good reason. Circulatory disorders such as hypertension (high blood pressure) and atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries) are major risk factors for heart disease, heart attacks, and stroke. But there’s more to it than that. With all the attention on the heart and arteries, it’s easy to overlook serious health problems affecting the smallest components of the circulatory system—microscopic blood vessels called microcapillaries, where the critical exchange of oxygen and nutrients actually takes place. If blood isn’t flowing through this web properly, it can trigger all sorts of health problems, many of which may not seem related to circulation at all.

A number of factors contribute to poor circulation as we age. Arteries and veins become stiff and congested as cholesterol and calcium plaques accumulate and restrict blood flow. Spasms in the smooth muscles surrounding the circulatory arteries and veins can also choke off circulation. These same processes also occur in our microcapillaries, reducing microcirculation and impairing the critical exchange of nutrients and gases in tissues and major organs.

This problem only gets worse as we get older because of changes in the composition and structure of blood cells. As you reach middle age, the blood starts to thicken and congeal as platelets and blood proteins make cells sticky. Plus, the spleen—the organ that removes old, damaged blood cells from circulation—begins to slow down with age, which means new, healthy blood cells are replaced at a sharply reduced rate. And to make matters even worse, as blood cells age, they become stiff and no longer appear round and evenly shaped. This makes it harder for them to pass smoothly through the capillaries. In fact, the angular, jagged shape of the old cells can damage the fragile microcapillaries even further.

Eventually, these age-related changes take their toll on the microcapillaries, reducing circulation to the tissues and blocking the flow of nutrients and oxygen. Removal of carbon dioxide and other metabolic waste products is also hindered. This leads to a slow buildup of metabolic garbage that can gradually bury the cells in their own waste products. In time, the cells, poisoned by their own metabolic byproducts, begin to waste away and ultimately cease to function altogether.

The combined effect of poor circulation and old blood contributes to a host of symptoms, including deep fatigue, fuzzy thinking, frequent infections, and lowered sex drive—all conditions usually considered just “normal parts of aging.” If circulation doesn’t improve, it can lead to more serious conditions, such as high blood pressure, heart attack, stroke, diabetes, and arthritis. But giving your body a fresh supply of healthy blood may target all of these problems and more.
